About JBK Aire

JBK Aire is a family owned business, located in Morgan Hill, California, established by Jerry and Betty Kerr.  Jerry and Betty have been providing excellent customer service, for residential and commercial HVAC accounts throughout Santa Clara County since January of 2007.  After thirty years as an engineer in high tech, Jerry 'retired' and the family decided to establish a company that was founded on the principles of service, community and making a difference in the quality of peoples day to day lives.
